I am the creator of Hairiette University, an adaptive leadership program for people ages 5-65. I am a student of world-renowned Ron Heifetz, founder the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School.
Tanya has a master's in Learning Design, Innovation and Technology from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

Tanya Wright is a two-time SAG Award winning actress (Best Ensemble) for her portrayal of Crystal Burset in Orange is the New Black. Tanya created and designed Hairiette of Harlem, a children's educational company at the intersection of media, education and technology. The first 3 (of 30!) Hairiette of Harlem chapter books will debut in Target stores September; Goodnight, Hairiette (prequel to Hairiette of Harlem) is a book, puppet musical and reading curriculum designed for home and school.
